Refund Policy

It is our pleasure to provide you with the highest quality products and services at Express Cakes and More Bakery. If you are not satisfied every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction.

Depending on the nature of the problem, only a partial refund or credit will be given at the owner’s discretion.

Custom Orders must be paid in advance on or before the given due date. If the order is canceled after payment is made, a full refund will be issued if its within 24hrs. Only a partial refund will be given after the 24hr deadline. The amount refunded will be determined by the amount of time spent on preparations for your order prior to canceling.

Express Cakes and More Bakery is not responsible for damages that may accrue after your order is in your possession.

Shipping refund policy: No refunds, a replacement will be shipped if damages or mistakes occurred from Express Cakes and More. Or credit will be given at owner’s discretion.
